Working with the MELT Soft Foam Roller and MELT Hand and Foot balls, you will be led through a series of MELT Method moves and sequences to release stuck stress in your body, rehydrate your connective tissue, and help your body rebalance at the nervous system level.

We hold everything in our tissues, which leads to chronic pain, discomfort, illness and feeling stressed and overwhelmed. This nourishing class is an opportunity for you to come out of these conditioned patterns and return to a rebalanced state of rest and repair within your physical body.
