Sara Vatore

In this episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I sat down with one of my most favorite humans on this planet, Andrea Bordenca. During our conversation, Andrea and I discuss the power of validation in relationships, which can help strengthen one's ability to step into their truth. We also explore the importance of finding a constellation of relationships that can mirror and fortify our individual truths.

As Andrea shares her journey of discovering the power of generative leadership, we talk about how it can bring care and humanity into our workplaces, homes, and communities.

When faced with expectations from others, living authentically can be incredibly challenging. Andrea and I discuss our experiences in finding our authentic selves and using our voices to create our own paths, even when it means making difficult decisions.

Andrea resides in Ludlow, Massachusetts with her husband Christopher Bordenca and three sons. Andrea owns a suite of businesses. Each business shares a common thread among all these businesses: culture and belonging.

Andrea spends most of her time coaching & consulting leaders & their teams. She is a white cisgender woman who is passionate about working with women & non-binary leaders of all races, and abilities to create effective boundaries where discerning self-care & care for others becomes transparent & uncomplicated. When individuals have the capacity to fully express themselves & be present with others’ voices, we can then celebrate that we are each dimensionally different & dynamic. This is when innovation happens!

Andrea works with several collaborators supporting leaders and their teams to design, strategize, & grow together. She’s a recovering “solo performer” & has learned & experienced that it does not need to be “lonely at the top”.

Andrea works primarily with: School Districts & Medium to Large For Profit Organizations.

In today’s episode we explore:

  • The story of why Andrea is a self-identified multidimensional human being

  • How we mirror those around us

  • How we can align with what matters to us, heart to heart

  • Andrea’s journey to where she is now

  • How Andrea learned to step into her power and leadership with those around her

  • The power of working together and tapping into our collective wisdom

  • The spiraling of awareness that happens as we grow

  • The various perspectives and dimensions we hold when we are working with other people

  • What to do if you are struggling to hold multiple perspectives in your life

We hope that through our conversation, you are inspired to embrace your own multidimensionality, find the support you need on your journey, and live a life that truly has meaning for you.

“It’s my belief that the universe will align when we are clear on what it is that we want to produce and manifest if we have good intentions and clarity on what we want to take a stand for.” -Andrea
