Dimensions of Holding Space For Yourself with Susan McNamara

Sara Vatore

In this episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I sat down with returning guest Susan McNamara. We dive more deeply into themes of healing and what's possible, particularly at a time on Earth when things can feel chaotic and overwhelming.

Join us as we peel back the layers of the often-neglected necessity of finding time for healing. Susan's insights shine a light on the profound impact of taking space, which is the vital step needed to nurture true healing and sense our self and truth.

No one is going to create the space we need for us, so we have to take radical responsibility for creating this space for ourselves.

Susan is a woman who cares deeply about how we are living and how it is that we treat ourselves, each other, and the planet. She is the founder of The Healer Within: A Unique Online Health & Healing Community for Women and the author of the book, Trusting Your Body: The Embodied Journey of Claiming Sacred Responsibility for Your Health & Well-Being.

Susan is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Professional-Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, and Journeydance Guide. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and is trained and educated at the doctoral level in Clinical Psychology. Tune in to hear my full conversation with Susan.

In today’s episode, we explore:

  • Creating space for healing

  • What Susan is exploring in her personal practices right now
