Dimensions of Honoring Cycles
Sara Vatore
In this solo episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect, and close out the first installment of the Wisdom Keepers series.
Over the past several months, I’ve had the privilege of sitting down with ten extraordinary teachers, mentors, and wisdom holders to explore life, healing, creativity, leadership, spirituality, and what it means to live in alignment with what matters most. The conversations were rich, inspiring, and deeply nourishing, and I share some reflections on what has stayed with me as this chapter comes to a close.
As we move into summer, I also explore the theme that emerged for June through my monthly resource card practice: Desire. As we move into a new season, this is a beautiful time to reflect: What do you actually want? What are you craving? What is calling to you from deep within?
I share honestly about my own experience navigating the past year and a half, including the challenges of a major website rebuild for Competitive Advantage, the tension between creative work and strategic obligations, and the importance of periodically stepping back to reassess where our energy is going.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, satisfying, and alive.
Inside this episode, we explore:
Reflections on completing the first Wisdom Keepers Series installment and some of the themes that emerged across these conversations
The reality and challenge of balancing strategic business choices and "have-tos" with the heart-centered passion projects that bring true vitality and magic
Working with June's resource card, Desire, as a compass for greater clarity, fulfillment, and alignment
Using seasonal transitions as an opportunity to evaluate what is and isn't working in our lives and how we want to feel
Why many of us disconnect from our wants and longings and how to begin listening again
The subtle ways desire communicates through curiosity, longing, envy, and inspiration
A simple practice for reconnecting with yourself through nature when you feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected
Honoring the natural cycles of creation, rest, integration and renewal, as we take a pause with the podcast for the summer months.
As the podcast takes a pause for the summer, I hope you'll revisit any episodes that resonated with you, or perhaps explore the Wisdom Keepers conversations if you haven't yet had the chance. The podcast will return in September with new episodes!
If something in this conversation stirred remembrance, sparked an insight, or opened a new doorway for you, I’d love to hear from you at sara@saravatore.com.
