Many of the themes this year have been supporting us in the bold expression of our truth and gifts in the world. We have been getting the message to step in with deep trust and knowing that we have medicine to share. This month the message continues to highlight the need for our light and our leadership.
We are being supported right now to take the lead.
It is time.
Have you been hearing the call? Maybe it has been whispering quietly to you for a while and getting hard to ignore, or maybe it is undeniably loud and in your face.
However the message comes to you, this is another nudge. November is orienting us to pay attention to where in our life we are being asked to show up and step up.
Have you found yourself in situations recently where it is required that you take the lead? You may notice others looking to you for leadership. This could be occurring within your family unit, within a single relationship (like a friendship or partnership), in your community or in your work environment.
Your voice matters right now. Your ideas and creativity are important right now. Sometimes we can minimize the significance of our gifts. Other times we may find ourselves hiding from being the “expert” or putting ourselves out in the world.
Especially if we have spent a long time in the shadows or keeping ourselves small, this kind of lead taking can feel pretty scary.
Stag Spirit is here this month to reassure you that you have what it takes to succeed in your leadership. The universe has your back with all of our endeavors. That everything is organized in the right timing and relationship, so that you can show up fully in the way that you need to right now.
It is time to trust the expansion moments that are here, on both small and large scales.

Many of us are in the process of crossing a significant threshold right now. Whether this is saying goodbye to an old way of being, letting go of a habit that is impeding your success or health, deciding you’re no longer going to play a particular “role”, or you’re stepping into the next phase and cycle of your life, this month is setting us up to create powerful space for our alignment and voice to emerge boldly.
By taking the lead, sometimes we don’t need to be actively “DOING” anything other than embodying our most aligned self and expressing ourselves in the world from this place. By modeling our integrity, compassion, confidence and leadership, this has a ripple effect on all those we come into contact with.
Whether you offer a smile to a human you pass in a store, reach out to a friend who you know is struggling, volunteer at a place that lights up your soul or you hold space for large groups of people, how you step into your leadership comes from within.
Taking the lead doesn’t mean you have to be aggressive or even loud. Sometimes the most powerful leadership comes in a subtle embodiment of confidence and power.
Stag Spirit is letting us know we are models for transformation. If you are in a sticky, more complicated time, this does not mean you are not able to lead. Sometimes our best leadership moments come from simply honoring our own boundaries, meeting ourselves where we are at emotionally and continuing to embody trust and faith.
As leaders, patience is required right now. Not everyone will always be on our same page. Particularly this week and month as we navigate the election results, no matter what you believe, or what side you are on, there is going to be upset and challenge. This is where our compassion becomes essential. Remembering that we are all Human Beings is important right now even if we disagree.
When we are in expansion moments and in our leadership more fully, we need reliable contraction spaces for recharging and resetting, so that when we step out again we continue to be rooted and steady in our truth.
As you utilize your voice and put yourself out in the world, it is important to prioritize and create space to recalibrate. Having this counterbalance to expansion is essential for our sustainability, confidence, and continued alignment.
