It is that time of year when we are starting to hear more birds singing and other animals stirring, alerting us to the emergence of Spring. As I stood outside today in the sunshine, the birds' songs were a welcomed reminder of hope and potential for new beginnings as we make another turn in the cycle.
This month the Nightingale Spirit is here to remind us that love is all around us, even if we are struggling or find ourselves in dark times.

This week a Facebook friend posted a picture of a heart that her wine droplets had made on her counter. Another friend shared a photo of a heart she found hollowed out in a tree on a walk in the woods. A third friend shared a photo of a bald eagle that perched in a tree outside her window.
Note and track these reminders of love from the universe this month. What is being communicated to you in your dream realm? What winks and nods from the universe are revealing themselves to you in your waking life?
We are being called towards a new level of self awareness and consciousness this month, so that we can notice the subtle ways we are held and supported.
When you experience a moment of LOVE, what does it FEEL like in your body?
When you are deeply held and supported, what can you notice about the sensations that show up in your body?
Sensing into what your body feels like in a moment of experiencing LOVE will help amplify that state of being in your whole system.
If you have been feeling more stuck, cloudy or unsure, let the signs and sensations of love be a way to solidify a renewed sense of TRUST that things will be revealed in divine time.
