What if it doesn’t work?

What if no one signs up?

What if I fail?

What if I am too “out there” for people?

These “what if” questions often can sneakily spiral in, especially when we are onto something ALIGNED, something NEW, something POWERFUL, something RIGHT.

They can come in at just the right time and cause us to second guess ourselves, procrastinate, and/or freeze completely. 

When we are on the edge of fully embodying our authenticity in our sacred work, it often brings up FEAR in the body.

Fear of rejection

Of not being seen

Of not being received

Of being embarrassed

Of not making the money we need/want to support our family

This has a real physiological impact on our nervous system, which in turn affects our actions/non-actions, behaviors, feelings, thoughts, moods, etc.
