shedding and letting go: a nia announcement
Sara Vatore
In the spirit of the seasonal shift right now and the waning moon I continue to shed and let go. I am currently reevaluating my relationship with teaching Nia. I will not be teaching Nia classes moving forward right now. This was a surprising realization and discovery for me and I am still in my process around my knowing.
Thank you all who have danced with me in person or in spirit. You all have a special place in my heart. It has been a honor to move with you and I am so grateful to each of you in different ways.
Nia. Thank you. I am filled with a deep reservoir of gratitude to the practice, all of my teachers and the magical connections I have made along the way. I love that I will still be able to dance with all of you beautiful humans around the world!
I will keep everyone who is interested updated with info about the new Nia teacher who has moved to the area and her plans.
There is a very comprehensive list of live online classes from all around the world, and I have included the link below:
I am not sure what is coming next for me with movement exploration, but there is sparkly anticipation of something simmering. I am excited to continue to sit in the empty space, activating my divinity to see what is authentically emerging from my Being. I am excited to share and teach and learn from a place of desire, passion and ease. I am keeping this email for future updates and writings and will keep everyone posted with new beginnings.
