Trust, dear one. It is all coming up to clear.
I don’t know about you, but it has been intense emotionally in my world these past few weeks. The collective energy continues to swirl, coupled with Mama Earth’s messages, as we all individually work through what is surfacing. With the full moon yesterday and the direction we are headed as a collective, so many of us are in deep processes of OLD stuff that is coming up to be transmuted.
I have had so many clients share this week that they are concerned about what is emotionally resurfacing, confused, as if these pieces they notice “should’ve” already been worked through.
As we spiral through our layers of healing and integration, sometimes similar threads resurface to be digested and cleared. This is normal. You are not doing anything wrong.
Particularly seasonal transitions, like this current winter transition time (the in-between spaces before spring), can often be unsettling. We find ourselves playing in this liminal space of the unknown, moving back and forth between states. Frozen, thawing, frozen. These spaces of “not quite there yet” can lead to confusion, fear and worry (because of our conditioning) OR become potent spaces of deep magick, hope, potential and possibility.
Where do you choose to orient?
For me I am noticing deep ancestral patterns of belonging trauma/wounding surfacing intensely in my system. I am allowing the space for my Body and Being to be held as I spiral through these integration waves. Allowing my self to be supportive by the strong arms of my husband, the grounded support of the Earth and the energetics of the quantum. As painful and uncomfortable it can be to allow the waves of emotion and sensations of grief to spiral through, I trust, know and believe this is all coming up to clear, so I may step more boldly into the fullness of me.
As I wake up this morning, a little lighter than yesterday, I feel into the necessity of allowing my system to be in this depth, grateful for the spaciousness it cultivates in my Body and Being.
