As I have been sitting with this concept of ACTION for July I have been feeling more into the intensity within myself and the collective and the INITIATION energy that is present.
It is clear the time is NOW to step in and step up. To embody our gifts and move forward radiating our truth.
So many of us are being called to step into a bigger version of ourselves than ever before, especially those of us who have been on this path for some time. The most aligned self, seeped in potent knowing and understanding. With this next phase, we are all expanding our capacity to hold this newest version of ourselves and move towards the change we want to see in the world.
When there is so much breaking down around us, there can be a great desire to want to “do” and “fix” everything. It can be challenging to decide where to put our focus. I have noticed there can be the impulse to over commit and spread oneself too thin, or to shut down and not do anything at all.
The message coming through for us this month is about taking INTENTIONAL ACTION no matter how small.
How can we differentiate out what is important and essential for each of us in a given moment, and take intentional steps forward in action?
Focusing on your life force energy becomes the key:
Where do you feel energized and alive? Can you follow that thread and move into action from that place?
Taking action can be challenging if your default is to shut down when faced with challenges or overwhelm (and it is certainly an overwhelming time!)
If you feel stuck or overloaded and feel unsure about what “action” is yours to take, this is an invitation to create space for your own knowing to emerge. For the spark of desire to generate within you.
When we create the space to feel into what is true for us, we can access more of our intuition. From this centered and wise place we can see the choice points more clearly and move forward into ACTION.
It is important to note that ACTION does not have to be BIG. I invite you to start small. One small commitment to yourself for the rest of this month.
For me, my commitment is to take ACTION in honoring my physical BODY. That involves being more intentional about my spaces for movement, meal prep and cooking and slowing down to make sure I am getting enough fluids.
