February is inviting us energetically to connect to intentionality and slowness for support.
Yes, thank you universe. I giggled pulling this card to start. Yup, this is the permission (again!) I personally needed to hear as I’m still in recovery from falling in January.
The message is clear, it’s okay to move slowly right now. Not only is it okay, it is required for our health and wellbeing.
Slow moving is a way to fully honor our truth as we begin the initial transition out of the winter months.
Turtle and its message are inviting us to trust in the divine timing, no matter the pacing.
This brought me back to an old mantra I worked with for over a year when I quit my job as a guidance counselor.
“I embrace my pace.”
How can you embrace and honor your pacing this month?
If you’re feeling into urgency energy or like you need to be “rushing” right now, this card is inviting us to pause. Forcing our next step will only lead to more challenges down the road.
Because of our busy lives, often our body isn’t used to slowing down and we can feel resistance when we decide to shift our patterns of “doing” into more “being”. Ancestrally for many of us, it was actually dangerous to slow down or stop, which may bring up fear/hesitation/resistance in your body today.
This card is inviting us to start to know and trust that there is safety in slowing down.
It’s safe to slow down.
Especially if it feels like we’re not doing enough this month, the turtle is reminding us to slow down and to take some time to BE.
When we slow down, get quiet and sink into patience it allows for the next step to be revealed without forcing or efforting.
Trust that when you need to know it will come.
Trust that when you need to take a step forward you will feel pulled from within.
This month is inviting us to honor the wisdom and slowness of the turtle. What small way can you receive the turtle’s support this month?
