Happy Birthday to the Trees!
The beautiful holiday of Tu B’Shevat takes place in the energy of this powerful full moon and provides an opportunity to honor and celebrate the Jewish Birthday of Trees. No matter your belief system this is a potent invitation to sense into your relationship with trees and look to them as a teacher.
What emerges for you when you explore their great life cycles and the ways they mirror our needs/desires/expansion?
What lesson/knowledge can we receive from each part of the tree (seed, roots, trunk, branches, fruit/flower)?
It is a rich time to root in community for support and resourcing, just as the trees live synergistically and generatively support those around them.
Here are some reflections to be with as we continue into more of February:
🌲Where am I rooted?
🌲What do I need to support my grounding?
🌲Am I in a time of seeding, germination, sprouting, growth, blossoming, or shedding?
🌲Where am I connected?
🌲What relationships am I cultivating that are a mutual exchange of nourishment?
🌲Can I hold both stability and flexibility within my Being?
🌲What supports are needed for this upcoming season?
May your roots be deeply nourished and support you in your organic emergence.
