Who are YOU?
There’s a large elephant gracing the card this month, emanating a steady, present, and powerful energy. A symbol of “namaste” hovers over, as if gently blessing the remembrance the elephant carries.
Namaste is a greeting that means “the divine in me honors the divine in you”, a sacred acknowledgment of our shared divinity and deep inner knowing.
Elephants carry many meanings across cultures: strength, loyalty, wisdom, and incredible memory. This one, to me, holds an unwavering remembrance, a connection to something ancient and true, a steady presence rooted in deep self-knowing.
When I look at the elephant, I also think of Ganesha, the Hindu deity known as the remover of obstacles and guardian of new thresholds. A wisdom keeper. A protector of beginnings.
He walks not just through the world, but with the earth. His steps echo the rhythm of the ancestors, an invitation to remember what lives in your bones.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚?
And this is what April is asking of us:
To walk with memory.
To reclaim the parts of ourselves that were never truly lost, just layered over, just waiting.
🌀Who were you before the world told you who you should be?
🌀Who were you before you began editing yourself to stay safe, small, or acceptable?
🌀What would it feel like to fully inhabit you again, unfiltered, untamed, unapologetically alive?
There is a remembrance woven through your very cells.
Your body holds a lineage of wisdom.
Your bones remember the rhythm of your truest self.
Sometimes, we don’t even realize we’ve forgotten.
We move through the day on autopilot, checking the boxes, playing the roles, doing what we’ve always done because… well, it’s what we’ve always done.
It can feel functional, even successful on the outside sometimes, but inside, there’s a quiet disconnect.
A dullness. Dissatisfaction.
A low hum of unrest that whispers: This isn’t quite it.
Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned.
Maybe you’ve been overriding your needs, pushing past your intuition, silencing the deeper knowing that’s been trying to get your attention.
Maybe you’ve forgotten that there’s another way.

𝙏𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙢.
𝙏𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮.
🌀Is this path still true for you?
🌀Are you moving from alignment or obligation?
🌀Is there a part of you that’s been trying to surface, but hasn’t had the space to speak?
You don’t have to burn it all down.
But you do have permission to question.
To feel.
To remember.
Sometimes remembering begins with the simple act of slowing down enough to realize:
I’ve been doing this out of habit, not out of truth.
𝙎𝙤, 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡, 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙗𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡.
Not to shame yourself, but to gently return to your essence.
To notice where you’ve been operating from old patterns, and to reclaim the power of conscious choice.
When we stop long enough to remember, we open the door to doing things differently.
𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙚𝙙.
𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚.
𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪.
This month is not about learning something new.
It is about returning.
Returning to the spaces, sensations, and expressions that bring you back to yourself.
🌀Where do you feel most like you?
🌀What places or practices create a resonance so strong in your system that your whole body sighs, yes?
For me, it’s the ocean.
Every time I’m near her, I feel something ancient awaken in me. Floating in saltwater, I remember that I belong. That I am the ocean. That I carry her rhythm in my blood.
Maybe for you, it’s something else.
🌲A forest trail.
🎶 A certain song.
🥣 The smell of a particular soup simmering.
🫶🏼The way your body feels wrapped in a favorite blanket.
🥰 A single smile from a stranger that makes your whole heart light up.
Remembrance isn’t always loud. Sometimes it comes in whispers.
🕊️A bird that lands at your window.
💭 A dream that lingers with you all day.
🏠 A sensation in your belly that says this is home.
𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝, 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨. 𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪.
Because underneath all the conditioning, the roles, the noise, YOU are still there.
And when we remember who we truly are, we remove the obstacles between us and our fullest radiance.
𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙚-𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
To your essence.
To your knowing.
To the you that’s been waiting to be remembered.
🌀Where do you feel most like yourself?
🌀What memory is ready to rise through your body?
🌀What are you being invited to reclaim?
I’d love to hear what’s showing up for you this month. Send me a message. Let’s connect.
