If you’ve been feeling stuck, uninspired, overwhelmed or weighed down, you’re not alone. The winter months are definitely taking its toll.
Life can feel heavy. The mind likes to loop on what’s not working or what is falling apart, as a way to make sure we are prepared to address what is here. The body holds onto tension. When things get overwhelming, we can shut down and things can start to feel flat.
When this happens, we often think we need to fix something—to push, force, or figure it all out.
But what if the answer isn’t about doing more?
What if the way back is through opening up to receive awe and wonder?
Awe is a direct portal to expansion. It shifts us out of our narrow, problem-focused perspective and reconnects us to something bigger, vaster, more alive.
✨ It reminds us that there is more to this moment than the struggle.
✨ It invites us into presence, where possibility exists.
✨ It regulates the nervous system, dissolving tension and reconnecting us with the flow of life.
When we intentionally seek moments of awe and wonder, we invite softness into the struggle. We give the mind a break from trying to solve everything. We allow space for something new.
Awe doesn’t erase challenges—it expands our capacity to hold them.
As we connect to symbols this month, our observation becomes a portal for us to access awe and wonder.
Symbols appear as invitations—signposts from the universe nudging us toward presence, expansion, and deeper connection. When we pause to take in a breathtaking sunset, notice the intricate pattern of a leaf, or feel the vastness of the night sky, we are not just witnessing beauty—we are receiving messages and experiencing AWE.
The universe places symbols in our path to awaken us, to remind us of what is already here. Awe is one of the greatest signals of alignment—a visceral knowing that we are in conversation with something greater.
So this month, as we Seek the Symbols, let’s remember:
Awe is a doorway.
Wonder is a guide.
Presence is the key. 💫✨
